Job Summary:

Were seeking an experienced CMOD Administrator to manage our Content Manager OnDemand infrastructure support report offloading and mainframe onboarding and drive automation and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage CMOD hardware software reports and users

- Support EOSA report offloading and mainframe onboarding

- Automate repeated tasks using scripts (Shell Python)

- Manage hardware and software infrastructure

- Install configure and maintain CMOD and related software

- Monitor and maintain DB cache storage and archive storage

- Automate DB and storage housekeeping activities

- Define report indexing storage sets and workflows

- Create and maintain application groups applications and folders

- Manage backup recovery and tuning of CMOD systems

- Resolve CMOD issues and handle SRs and production incidents

- Perform system analysis and recommend process improvements

Technical Competencies:

- CMOD ODF ERM ODWEK CMOD indexing

- Shell Java PowerShell NodeJS Python

- Databases: Oracle DB2 MariaDB MySQL

- RESTful APIs

- Tools: GIT Jenkins JIRA Nexus SonarQube Bitbucket

Requirements:

- Strong CMOD administration experience

- Experience with scripting and automation

- Knowledge of databases and RESTful APIs

- Experience with DevOps tools (GIT Jenkins etc.)
