Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced System Software Programmer Project Lead to drive the design development and enhancement of mission-critical applications. This role involves leading large-scale application development efforts supporting case management systems and ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design development and enhancement of enterprise-level software systems
Develop and maintain applications using C# and MS SQL Server
Drive enhancements to case management systems supporting social services programs
Design and integrate assessment tools into existing enterprise platforms
Develop and support bi-directional system interfaces with external agencies
Participate in system design architecture planning and implementation of regulatory requirements
Support ongoing maintenance troubleshooting and optimization of applications
Lead reporting solutions and federal reporting integrations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Qualifications
7 years of experience designing and implementing medium to large-scale software systems using .NET technologies
5 years of experience developing data-driven applications using MS SQL Server
5 years of experience building web and Windows-based applications
Strong experience with:
N-tier architecture
Scalable system design
Dynamic content development
Complex security models and implementations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in human services or child welfare systems
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Experience with performance security and regression testing tools
Hands-on experience with:
Entity Framework 6
