Principal Accountabilities
- Operates starts and monitors cookers and related equipment to ensure efficient processing and compliance with product specifications
- Controls temperatures and processing parameters to maintain product quality and consistent material flow
- Handles feeds and discharges materials while coordinating with other operators to support continuous production
- Monitors equipment and process conditions communicating issues or deviations promptly to supervisors and ensuring compliance with safety requirements
- Performs sanitation cleaninplace (CIP) housekeeping required training and other responsibilities in support of operations including any other duties as assigned
- Perform essential housekeeping task including cleaning and shoveling even in challenging conditions to ensure a sanitary and safe environment for all
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need of a Visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must read write and communicate effectively in English
- Basic Computer skills
- Ability to perform physical task such as lifting standing and walking for extended periods
- Must be able to work weekends
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Cargill Experience
- Experience working in challenging conditions
- Experience working with organic material
