As our Retail Excellence Intern you are responsible for Retail performance optimization

You will support the Retail & Education team in strengthening field execution improving retail visibility and elevating training impact across Travel Retail Americas. This role combines analytics coordination and problem-solving to drive sell-out performance empower retail managers and ensure brand excellence at point of sale while collaborating across commercial functions.

Your main focus:

• Support Retail Excellence and Education initiatives designed to enhance field execution and drive performance outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and operational workflows related to training delivery retail activations and launch readiness.
• Monitor and report key retail and training performance indicators to enable insights-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of training materials digital learning modules and education tools that support capability building.
• Facilitate operational and logistical processes related to sampling product mail-outs and digital learning platforms.
• Partner with Retail Education Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution across initiatives.

The team consists of Retail Excellence Managers Training Managers & Retail Sales Specialists working closely together with several departments such as Marketing Commercial Visual Merchandising & Finance. All your colleagues are highly collaborative performancedriven and passionate about elevating Cotys retail experience creating an energizing and supportive team culture.

Wed love to see candidates who have:

Essential:

• Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to track performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (or Google Workspace equivalents) for reporting presentations and dashboards
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fastpaced crossfunctional environment
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Detailoriented with a structured and processdriven mindset
• Comfortable working with operational coordination logistics and followup execution
• Proactive curious and eager to learn with a handson problemsolving attitude
• Fluent in English & Spanish (Portuguese is a plus but not required)
• Organized strong communication passion for retail and beauty
• 1-2 years experience in a role involving data analysis project coordination or retail support.

Desirable:

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing Business Communications; Retail Management Analytics Education or a related field
• Previous internship or project experience in retail training marketing sales operations or consumer goods
• Exposure to retail KPIs sellout analysis or performance tracking
• Interest in or familiarity with training education programs or digital learning platforms (LMS)
