Overview:

We are seeking two experienced Full-Stack Engineers to support a high-impact initiative focused on building and enhancing a Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) platform. This role will involve developing scalable cloud-based solutions including API development and user interface components to support virtual desktop environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable full-stack applications supporting virtual desktop solutions
Build and integrate RESTful APIs for backend services
Develop intuitive and responsive UI components for end users
Collaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams to support VDI environments
Integrate cloud-based services with a strong preference for Azure-based architectures
Contribute to system design performance optimization and scalability of virtual platforms

Required Skills & Experience:
Strong experience as a Full-Stack Developer (5 years preferred)
Proficiency in backend development using Python (or similar languages)
Experience building and consuming APIs (REST microservices architecture)
Front-end development experience (React Angular or similar frameworks)
Experience working in cloud environments (Azure strongly preferred)
Solid understanding of system integration and distributed architectures

Nice-to-Have / Preferred:
Experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure environments
Familiarity with tools/platforms related to virtual desktops (e.g. Horizon Citrix or similar)
Experience with automation or scripting (Python-based frameworks possibly what was referred to as Galaxy)
Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
