Required Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy

Upon hire: Texas Pharmacist Registered

2 or more years of applicable pharmacy practice experience

Preferred Qualifications

PharmD

Demonstrated leadership experience with at least 1 3 years in a supervisory manager or team lead role within a healthcare or pharmacy setting including responsibility for staff development workflow oversight and operational performance

Skills and Certifications

Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy

Upon hire: Texas Pharmacist Registered

2 or more years of applicable pharmacy practice experience

PharmD
