Job Description/ Responsibilities/ Years of experience:
Execute manual and automated tests.
Investigate test failures in CI/CD pipelines. Provide root cause analysis propose solutions and fixes.
Proactive communication.
Designing and automating new tests.
Escalate and report key quality issues and drive issues to resolution.
Regular interaction with teams located in different geographical regions

Minimum Requirements:
2 years of professional work experience as a Software Development Engineer or Software Quality Engineer
Experience with programming/test automation in Swift Python Java or other Programming Languages

Ideal Requirements:
Familiar with Apple OS platforms debugging or profiling tools
Proven ability to analyze and find root causes in multi-tiered client-server environments
Testing server backend services at the API or protocol level
Excellent trouble-shooting and debugging skills
Previous experience working with LLMs & Virtual Assistants is a plus

Education: BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
