Job Summary
- Program Management and has worked on large transformation IT programs has technical background worked in SAFe Agile or Agile implementations
- Direct manage plan and administer Project activities of a division business area
- Manage complex and cross-functional programs and Projects from design and development until production
- Utilize multiple vendors and ensure collaboration
- Lead contingency planning and risk mitigation
- Develop plan and schedule the development introduction communication and maintenance of all Projects
- Contain and resolve issues within the program that do not require sponsor attention
- Communicate program performance to program sponsors and executive team
- Serve as the point of contact for the program sponsor and a key member of the Governance team
- Determine the impact of changes on the business case and reforecast value creation
- Identify areas for internal improvement and develop plans for implementation
