Job Summary
Payrate:$52- 62/hr
Provide leadership and oversight of Network Services operations including WAN LAN wireless SD-WAN and network security platforms
- Oversee daily operational activities including incident management problem resolution and service availability
- Serve as escalation point for high-priority network and infrastructure issues
- Coordinate and prioritize workload across Network Services teams including infrastructure and security-focused functions
- Support ongoing and planned initiatives including: SD-WAN implementation and optimization Network monitoring and observability tools (e.g. ThousandEyes AppDynamics) security integrations (e.g. Secure Workload NGFW identity services)
- Provide vendor coordination and oversight for network-related services and contracts
- Ensure compliance with Agency security standards policies and regulatory requirements
- Participate in change management processes and ensure proper documentation and approvals
- Collaborate with Infrastructure Engineering Data Center Telecom and Security teams to support cross-functional initiatives
- Provide status reporting risk identification and mitigation planning to leadership
- Maintain documentation of network architecture processes and operational procedures
- Support knowledge transfer and continuity planning for the return of the permanent Network Services Manager

Years Required/Preferred Experience
7 Required Minimum of seven (7) years experience performing supervisory/management work including providing clear direction to subordinates; promoting teamwork and motivating others to accomplish goals.
7 Preferred Minimum of seven (7) years of experience with administration maintenance and design of Cisco VoIP solutions is required.
5 Preferred Minimum of five (5) years experience managing a networking team in a highly complex environment.
5 Preferred Experienced with implementation and support of 24x7x365 network voice and video environment
