We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with 5-8 years of expertise in full-cycle recruiting. This role requires a strategic thinker who can independently drive hiring initiatives manage stakeholder relationships and close high-quality talent across complex IT requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent
Screen and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit
Manage offer negotiations and candidate closing
Mentor junior recruiters and support team development
Track and report recruiting metrics and performance
Stay updated on market trends and talent availability
