Job Summary

8-12 years of experience in Technical Project Management and related areas with a strong background in software development / IT
Technical expertise in at least one technology preferably Java.
Develop and manage project plans schedules and budgets for client projects working directly as a part of the client team
Ensure alignment of project scope goals and deliverables with client requirements.
Monitor and control project progress addressing risks and issues proactively.
Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups retrospectives and reviews.
Facilitate backlog grooming sessions to prioritize tasks and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Promote Agile best practices across teams to enhance collaboration and productivity.
Collaborate with technical teams to understand and address technical challenges.
Provide input on technical decisions and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Leverage technical expertise to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.
Strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques (e.g. JIRA MS Project Trello).
Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
Ability to coach teams and stakeholders on Agile practices.
Solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
PMP CSM or equivalent certifications are a plus.
