Role Overview
The Quantity Surveyor will be based at the preassembly harbor and is responsible for monitoring recording and reporting all project activities performed (onshore and offshore work). The role focuses on ensuring accurate cost tracking and allocation of incoming costs to the corresponding activities providing clear cost visibility to the project team.
Key Responsibilities
Track and maintain a comprehensive log of all activities and operations.
Allocate incoming costs invoices and charges to the correct activities work-
packages and cost codes.
Prepare regular cost summaries and activity-based cost overviews.
Coordinate closely with site management logistics and finance teams to ensure
accurate and timely data.
Maintain clear auditable records in line with project and contractual requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying Construction Management
or a related discipline.
Experience in cost tracking and reporting on construction or infrastructure projects;
offshore wind or port/logistics experience is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills attention to detail and proficiency in cost control tools and
Excel based reporting.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic site environment
