Job Summary
Description:
The receiving and inventory clerk is needed to process receiving and inventory transactions relating to purchase orders of finished goods raw material and services. The clerk will need to review documents that provide sufficient evidence that the items were delivered or services were rendered and process those to be posted within the ERP (Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains). The clerk will also need to perform inventory adjustments if a correction is needed based on sufficient documented evidence. The clerk will be managing several sites within the ERP to make sure receipts are done promptly and inventory is accurate based on feedback from the various physical addition the clerk will be responsible for confirming the transactions that occurred against each invoice sent to our invoice processing team. The clerk should expect to work with buyers to confirm PO details suppliers to request shipment details distribution center team members to confirm physical receipt and inventory levels and invoice processing to confirm transactions.
