We are seeking an experienced Project Manager UAT & Business Readiness to lead business-side testing and readiness activities for a large-scale enterprise transformation program.

This role is critical in ensuring systems are validated against real-world business processes defects are resolved and the organization is fully prepared for go-live.

You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT driving User Acceptance Testing (UAT) execution stakeholder engagement and operational readiness.

• Define and execute the overall UAT strategy for a multi-phase enterprise program
• Ensure test coverage across end-to-end business processes and integrations
• Establish clear UAT entry and exit criteria

• Mobilize business stakeholders SMEs and process owners for UAT participation
• Drive accountability for timelines roles and deliverables
• Lead UAT execution and monitor progress coverage and outcomes

• Oversee defect lifecycle: logging prioritization resolution and closure
• Ensure all critical issues are resolved before go-live
• Identify risks and drive mitigation plans

• Ensure availability of test data systems and user access
• Resolve environment or data constraints impacting testing
• Support business readiness checkpoints

• Support cutover planning and go-live rehearsals
• Provide support during hypercare phase

• Coordinate knowledge transfer from vendors to internal teams
• Ensure documentation training and process readiness

• Provide clear reporting on UAT status risks and readiness
• Support go/no-go decision-making with data-driven insights

• Proven experience leading business-side UAT or business readiness in large enterprise programs
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with UAT execution and defect management
• Ability to work in fast-paced complex environments

• Experience in ERP or enterprise system implementations (SAP Oracle Workday etc.)
• Background in M&A separation or transformation programs
• Experience with cutover planning and hypercare support

• Work on a high-impact enterprise transformation program
