Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects across e-commerce platforms including frontend and backend systems
• Drive delivery and coordination for Shopify-based solutions and Order Management Systems (OMS)
• Work closely with engineering product and business teams to ensure seamless execution
• Oversee project timelines dependencies risks and deliverables
• Ensure smooth integration between digital platforms retail systems and backend services
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain project governance and reporting

• Strong experience as a Technical Project Manager
• Hands-on exposure to e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred)
• Experience with OMS (Order Management Systems)
• Good understanding of frontend and backend technologies
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
