Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide mobile therapy services throughout Palm Beach County.

Coverage area: Delray Beach to Palm Beach Gardens

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day values flexibility and work/life balance and is excited about providing one-on-one care in patients homes.

This is also a unique opportunity to grow within a small therapist-owned company.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide mobile therapy services in patients homes.
Communicate effectively with physicians patients and caregivers.
Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
Contribute to a collaborative growth-oriented team culture.

Qualifications:

Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible) in Florida.
Comfortable working in a mobile setting.
Strong clinical reasoning and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated organized and adaptable.
Excellent communication skills.
New graduates welcome-mentorship available.

Schedule & Caseload Expectations:

Typical caseload: 25 visits per week (approximately 5 per day).
Opportunity to increase to 30 visits per week based on preference.
One-on-one treatment sessions (53 60 minutes).
Flexible scheduling by week and by day.
Documentation completed at point of service when possible.

Compensation & Benefits:

Sign-on bonus available.
