Pay Range: $15.50/hour $1 shift differential on W2
Shift Time: Monday to Friday 11:00 AM 7:30 PM

Drug Test (DT) required
Not a forklift-specific role
Picking role

Job Summary:

Uses a variety of equipment such as forklifts conveyors cranes handcarts and power trucks to move materials parts assemblies and finished goods within a plant office or warehouse. May maintain records.

Key Responsibilities

Perform material handling and picking tasks
Operate equipment as needed (not limited to forklifts)
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Maintain quality and accuracy standards
Work in a metrics-driven environment
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
0 1 year of warehouse or related experience
Basic computer skills
Ability to read write and understand English
Basic math skills
Ability to follow instructions and procedures
Effective communication skills

Technical & Functional Skills
Basic knowledge of material handling logistics or manufacturing processes
Ability to complete routine tasks with defined steps
Works under general to limited supervision

Certifications

Must obtain and/or maintain required licenses training or certifications (if applicable)

Physical Demands

Regular activities: walking standing stooping kneeling climbing lifting crouching reaching pushing pulling and grasping
Frequent hand use (repetitive wrist and finger movements)
Ability to lift and/or move over 50 lbs

Work Environment

Exposure to moving mechanical parts
Hot in summer (no AC) cold in winter (limited heating)
Moderate to loud noise levels

Occasional exposure to:

High or precarious places
Fumes or airborne particles
Vibration
