Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Python and a deep understanding of Agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate will design develop and deploy intelligent systems that can operate autonomously make decisions and interact effectively with dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop AI/ML models and intelligent agent-based systems
Build and optimize scalable solutions using Python
Develop and implement agentic workflows (multi-agent systems autonomous decision-making tool usage etc.)
Integrate AI models with APIs data pipelines and production systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI-driven solutions
Monitor evaluate and improve model performance over time
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI ML and agentic frameworks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Python
Hands-on experience in AI/ML (NLP deep learning or related fields)
Experience with Agentic AI concepts (autonomous agents multi-agent systems planning reasoning)
Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain LLM APIs or similar tools
Solid understanding of data structures algorithms and software design
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS GCP or Azure) is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience deploying ML models in production environments
Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning
Familiarity with vector databases and retrieval systems
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
