Role Overview

Support R&D and product development activities in a mechanical lab environment. Assist engineers with testing prototyping and hands-on lab work while maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.

Key Responsibilities

Support mechanical lab testing and product development activities
Use hand tools to assemble modify and test components
Assist engineers with prototype builds and experimental setups
Maintain lab organization cleanliness and equipment readiness
Document observations findings and test results
Communicate technical issues and updates to the team
Follow lab procedures and safety guidelines

Required Qualifications

0 7 years of relevant experience
Experience in a mechanical lab environment
Hands-on experience with hand tools
Strong organizational skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Must be local to Lafayette CO
