Pharmacist ChargeVerify and fills orders for medications monitors patient medication therapies provide drug information identifies and troubleshoots potential medication safety hazards documents all interactions for medical review and supervises and directs support : 3-4 technicians 10 hour shifts Open 0600-2100 M-F 0600-1800 S-S 3-4 pharmacists 8 hour shifts Open 0600-2100 M-F 0600-1800 S-SCall Required Closing pharmacist on call until open in amWeekend Coverage Required Up to every other weekendEMR System: CernerSpecial Procedures Performed: IV CompoundingScrubs: Provided for IV techs only. requirement:
Day shift 5 x 8s M - F 8am to 4:30pm. 7 years of hospital experience. No and Work Experience:Graduate of school of pharmacy: RequiredDoctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree: PreferredOne years technical experience: PreferredInpatient clinical pharmacy experience: PreferredLicenses/Certifications:Pharmacist license in the state of practice: RequiredAll licensures and certifications needed to fulfill the duties required of a Pharmacist at the state level: Required
