Job Summary
Duties
Coordinate the collection of assets required for Preorder and New Release setups including artwork/packshots track listings/side splits and sales copy.
Track and manage New Release stock order status ensuring accurate and timely updates within the central database.
Oversee catalog reorder processes for manufacturing orders and label-supplied purchase order requests including asset collection from partners order placement coordination with Supply Chain to meet delivery timelines and shipment monitoring.
Manage label product orders end-to-end including order placement cross-functional coordination with Supply Chain to meet deadlines distribution of tracking information and ongoing shipment oversight.
Skills
1-3 years Physical Supply Chain experience preferred not required.
1-3 years Music Industry experience preferred.
Strong organizational administrative and analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
