Job Summary
New Albany Country Club is seekingSeasonal Horticulture Associates to help maintain the beautiful grounds and landscapes surrounding our premier private club. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors in a professional team-oriented environment.
Season: April through September
Schedule: Full-Time 6:00 a.m. 2:30 p.m. Some Summer Weekends
Pay: $15.00/hour

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain landscaping and flower beds around the clubhouse
- Assist with annual flower installations and planter setups
- Water plants and monitor irrigation systems
- Deadhead flowers and weed garden beds
- Daily cleanup of exterior clubhouse areas
- Assist with seasonal planting and landscape upkeep
- Support Greens & Grounds Department as needed
Qualifications
- Available full-time (6:00 a.m. 2:30 p.m.)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Enjoy working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic horticulture or landscaping knowledge preferred (not required)
- Reliable transportation required
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
