CNC Programmer

JOB TITLE: CNC Programmer
LOCATION: Mesa AZ
PAY RATE: $35-45/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Create verify and maintain CNC programs for machining operations.

• Review and analyze engineering data (CAD files drawings) to ensure manufacturability.

• Validate and authenticate programs prior to production use.

• Collaborate with engineering machinists and management to improve productivity quality and safety.

• Support operators with troubleshooting and basic programming guidance.

• Maintain program files revisions and documentation.

• Develop standardized setups tooling lists and identify required tooling based on job requirements.

• Drive continuous improvement in setup time run time and overall efficiency.

Requirements:

• 5 years of CNC programming and machining experience.

• Experience in precision or prototype manufacturing environments.

• Proficiency with Mastercam and NCSIMUL.

• Strong understanding of FOD and tool control practices.

• Experience with quality inspection processes and documentation.

• Strong problem-solving organizational and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet production schedules.

• Team player with the ability to take direction and collaborate effectively.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
