Summary:

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled structural maintenance and repairs on fixed wing aircraft including Hawker Cessna King Air and similar platforms.

• Inspect remove repair fabricate and install structural components such as skins brackets doublers frames and fittings in accordance with FAA regulations manufacturer manuals and approved data.

• Conduct corrosion inspections assessments removal and treatment to maintain structural integrity and airworthiness.

• Perform metal fabrication tasks including layout cutting forming drilling and precision riveting using approved tools and techniques.

• Interpret and work from engineering drawings Structural Repair Manuals (SRMs) blueprints and work instructions.

• Accurately document all maintenance actions in compliance with Part 145 repair station and quality standards.

• Collaborate with maintenance inspection and quality teams to support efficient aircraft turnaround and safe return to service.

• Maintain a safe clean and organized work environment while adhering to FOD control safety protocols and company policies.

Requirements:

• Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License.

• 5 years of recent aircraft structural repair experience in a Part 145 environment performing corrosion control fabrication and repair of fixed wing aircraft structures on platforms such as Hawker Cessna and King Air.

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals wiring diagrams and schematics.

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
