Schedule: Tuesday Friday 9:00 AM 7:00 PM with rotating Saturdays every 12 weeks

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Supervisor to lead operations within the Hematology Lab. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality testing maintaining regulatory compliance and driving efficient day-to-day lab operations while supporting and mentoring staff.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the hematology laboratory
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
Monitor quality control processes and implement improvements
Supervise train and evaluate laboratory personnel
Troubleshoot technical and operational issues
Maintain accurate records documentation and reporting

Required Qualifications

6 8 years of experience as a Medical Technologist and/or Supervisor
Bachelors degree in Medical Technology Biological Sciences or related field
Florida Supervisors License in Hematology
Certification from a recognized laboratory certifying agency (e.g. ASCP AMT)

Salary: $78000 $107600 per year
Bonus: $5000 annual target bonus
