Job Title: Salesforce Program Manager
Location: Remote
Duration: 5 Months

This position is open to both C2C and W2 consultants
Role Overview
- Lead large-scale multi-workstream Salesforce programs across enterprise clients
- Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders
- Ensure delivery excellence across multiple Salesforce clouds and integrated platforms
- Drive alignment between business outcomes and Salesforce implementation strategy
Experience Requirements
- 8 years in program or large-scale project management
- 5 years managing enterprise Salesforce implementations
- Active Salesforce certification(s) (mandatory)
- Proven experience handling global multi-team delivery models
Core Responsibilities
Program & Delivery Leadership
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce programs across multiple projects teams and geographies
- Define program roadmap milestones dependencies and KPIs
- Ensure consistent delivery across:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Salesforce Service Cloud
- Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Drive Agile SAFe or hybrid delivery methodologies aligned to enterprise standards
Salesforce Expertise & Governance
- Act as Salesforce SME for planning estimation and solution alignment
- Partner with architects and product owners for scalable secure solutions
- Enforce best practices in:
- Release management
- DevOps and CI/CD
- Compliance and governance
- Manage risks related to:
- Platform limits
- Integrations
- Data migration
- Security
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Serve as primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and client executives
- Translate business goals into executable Salesforce program strategies
- Deliver executive-level reporting on:
- Program status
- Risks and dependencies
- Financials and ROI
- Manage vendor and implementation partner relationships
Financial & Resource Management
- Own program budget forecasting and cost control
- Manage cross-functional teams:
- Salesforce admins
- Developers
- QA/testers
- Business analysts
- Optimize resource utilization across onsite offshore and nearshore teams
Change Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Drive change management and user adoption strategies
- Ensure delivery quality through governance frameworks and metrics
- Identify and implement process improvements and accelerators
- Promote continuous improvement in Salesforce delivery lifecycle
Technical & Functional Expertise
- Strong understanding of:
- Salesforce architecture and data model
- Configuration and customization capabilities
- Integration patterns and API frameworks
- Experience delivering multi-cloud Salesforce programs with complex integrations
- Hands-on exposure to enterprise delivery models and scaled Agile frameworks
Required Certifications
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (mandatory)
Preferred Salesforce Certifications
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Consultant
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Domain Architect (highly preferred)
Program / Project Management Certifications (Preferred)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Program Management Professional (PgMP)
- PRINCE2
- SAFe Agilist
- Scrum Master or Agile Coach certification
