Role: Cloud/DevOps Engineer III

Location: San Francisco CA (Hybrid 2 days/week onsite)

Duration: 12 months w/ possible extension

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Cloud/DevOps Engineer to design implement and support CI/CD pipelines cloud infrastructure and platform engineering solutions in a production environment. This role focuses on automation scalability and DevOps best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks
Support cloud infrastructure APIs and application services
Implement DevOps and platform engineering best practices
Collaborate with development teams on deployments and tooling
Monitor systems and drive performance and reliability improvements
Mentor team members and contribute to process improvements

Required Skills:

7 years of experience in DevOps / Platform Engineering
Strong experience with Linux (RHEL) CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitLab)
Hands-on with Docker Kubernetes Ansible Terraform
Experience with monitoring tools (Splunk Datadog Dynatrace)
Proficiency in scripting (Python Bash) and understanding of application frameworks (Spring Boot Tomcat)
Strong knowledge of cloud networking and security best practices
