Job Summary
| Sr Engineer Full Stack MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Sr Engineer Full Stack designs and builds scalable cloud-native applications while integrating emerging AI and machine learning capabilities into products and services. The role leads development of microservices APIs and full-stack solutions ensuring reliability security and performance across distributed systems. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement DevOps practices automated delivery pipelines and strong observability. The position also contributes to AI-driven features such as document processing chatbots and AI agents while maintaining high engineering standards and supporting agile development. 1. Architect design and develop microservices-based applications to maintain and enhance scalability. 2. Utilize containerization technologies to package and deploy application components consistently across various environments. 3. Implement and manage container orchestration for automated deployment scaling and operation of application services. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement DevOps practices including Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipelines infrastructure as code (IaC) and automated testing. 5. Architect and implement solutions that scale horizontally to meet dynamic and changing workloads while optimizing resource utilization. 6. Design and implement resilient and fault-tolerant applications ensuring high availability and quick recovery from failures. 7. Implement robust monitoring and logging practices leveraging tools like Prometheus and Grafana to ensure visibility into application performance. 8. Champion API-first design principles creating well-defined and documented APIs to facilitate seamless communication between microservices and external systems. 9. Mentor and guide other developers conducting code reviews design reviews and fostering a culture of engineering excellence and continuous learning. 10. Assist in building AI/Machine Learning (ML) solutions including document understanding summarization and basic chatbot functionality. 11. Support the development of AI agents and workflows that integrate with internal systems. 12. Test and evaluate AI models including large language models (LLMs) and computer vision systems. 13. Gain exposure to MLOps practices such as model versioning deployment automation and performance monitoring. 14. Embrace and apply agile methodologies for rapid and iterative development cycles responding quickly to changing requirements and delivering high-quality software. 15. Document work clearly and follow established coding standards and practices. 16. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. REQUIRED: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field of study from an accredited college or lieu of degree 5 years of experience. 10 years of experience in software development designing developing and deploying cloud-native applications. Proficiency in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch. Expertise in utilizing AI for increased productivity and software quality including code generation debugging test automation and log anomaly detection. Expertise in multiple programming languages such as C Rust Java Python or similar and proficiency in relevant frameworks and libraries. Expertise in backend development and working knowledge of databases (e.g. SQL NoSQL). Expertise in JavaScript frameworks like or for building single-page applications. Experience with scalable and resilient system design. Experience in Enterprise software design principles: cloud native application design (i.e. SOLID 12 Factor applications or similar) distributed message and event processing API gateway service mesh serverless applications. Experience with event-driven architecture and real-time data processing using technologies like Kafka or RabbitMQ for building responsive scalable sys |
