Job Summary
Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with strong Telecom and Networking experience to lead complex cross functional initiatives within infrastructure and platform centric environments. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between engineering product and business teams while ensuring successful delivery of telecom and network driven projects.
Technical & Telecom Expertise
Strong understanding of telecom and networking fundamentals including:
TCP/IP DNS DHCP
Routing and switching concepts
Subnets VLANs
Firewalls security zones and network segmentation
APIs and service to service communication
Experience working in telecom network focused or infrastructure centric environments.
Ability to interpret network and system architecture diagrams and contribute effectively to technical and architecture discussions.
Familiarity with cloud networking concepts across AWS Azure or GCP.
Experience supporting high availability low latency enterprise telecom platforms.
Project & Delivery Management Experience
3 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager Technical Product Owner or similar role in a telecom or highly technical environment.
Proven experience managing complex delivery backlogs for engineering and platform teams.
Ability to define clear project scope milestones deliverables and success metrics.
Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments including sprint planning backlog grooming and release coordination.
Strong experience translating business requirements into detailed technical requirements user stories and acceptance criteria.
Ownership of end to end delivery from planning through execution risk management and post release review.
Collaboration & Leadership
Experience leading or coordinating small to mid sized engineering teams.
Proven ability to work across multiple product streams and cross functional teams including engineering network operations architecture security and business stakeholders.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
Ability to manage competing priorities dependencies and risks within shared platform and telecom ecosystems.
Act as a key point of accountability for delivery timeline adherence and stakeholder expectations.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on enterprise scale telecom or network platforms.
Strong background in telecommunications networking infrastructure or platform based products.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines DevOps practices and release management.
Experience in highly integrated API driven and service oriented architectures.
Exposure to network modernization cloud migration or telecom transformation initiatives is a plus.
