Focus on Backend/Services with experience in working with front end apps
Experience managing offshore engineering teams and coordinating across time zones
Hire train mentor and manage one or more Software Engineering teams (5 15 engineers) including onshore and offshore resources
Conduct code reviews provide technical guidance and drive engineering standards across the team
Organize technical work break down requirements and guide teams through execution
7 years of software development/engineering experience
3 years of experience leading engineers and managing engineering teams
Strong hands-on backend engineering background (Java Spring Boot microservices)
Solid understanding of Docker/containers and Kubernetes Kustomize
Proficiency with GitOps workflows and Argo CD
Experience with Kafka and event-driven architecture
Strong preference for candidates with backend/middleware/API development background who understand how to build scalable services that power guest-facing front-end experiences
Big Plus
Experience developing both web and mobile solutions
Experience with GraphQL and API gateway architecture (Apigee or equivalent)
Experience with reactive programming (WebFlux Project Reactor) and non-blocking I/O
