We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer / Engineer to support a large-scale enterprise ServiceNow platform within a financial services environment. This role focuses on building enhancing and maintaining secure scalable and compliant ServiceNow solutions across IT service management and related modules.
You will work in a highly regulated environment ensuring all solutions meet audit risk and compliance standards expected in the banking industry.
Key Responsibilities
Design develop and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and related modules
Configure and customize workflows business rules UI policies and scripts
Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
Support and enhance CMDB asset management (ITAM) and service catalog
Participate in platform upgrades enhancements and performance tuning
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Ensure data integrity platform stability and system security
Maintain proper documentation audit trails and compliance standards
Support incident problem and change management processes
Required Skills
4 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
Strong experience with ITSM modules (Incident Problem Change)
Proficiency in JavaScript Glide scripting and ServiceNow APIs
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
Strong understanding of CMDB and ServiceNow data model
Experience working in enterprise environments (financial preferred)
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ITAM ITOM HRSD or SecOps modules
ServiceNow certifications (CSA CAD or CIS)
Experience with Discovery and CMDB optimization
Exposure to regulated environments (banking fintech insurance)
Experience with platform governance or Center of Excellence (CoE) models
