Pay Rate: $41.00/Hourly on W2.

Shifts: 6:00AM 2:00 P.M. (4) / 2:00 PM 10:00 PM (2)

Note: Sunday Saturday - Shifts are alternating to meet staffing needs.

Able to start any day during the week given 5 days before start date for processing all pre-employment requirements.

Submission Packets should include:

Resume or work experience
Two complete references from two different places of employment by supervisor of the nurse
A NURSYS report showing any licenses held (must be current)
Skills checklist
Shift preference (6/2 or 2/10)

Responsibilities:

Provide care for patients manage medication administration and treatments; provide medication education and complete documentation.
Perform computer data entry Receive full training
Licensed to practice Nursing in Texas (LVN)
1 year but preferably 2 years as a direct care nurse
Competent in advanced skills such as gastrostomy tubes/enteral feedings Foley catheters tracheostomies etc.
