Job Title: FL-DOH-Duval County-Pharmacist

Location: Jacksonville FL

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Pharmacy work station

CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Interpret prescriptions
Perform medication therapy management (MTM) functions and compounds
Dispense medications within regulatory guidelines
Assure proper and economic use of medications
Provide medication information and advice to patients physicians nurses and other healthcare providers
Manage and utilize the approved formulary
Basic knowledge of commonly used software such as Microsoft Outlook and Word
Perform other duties as assigned
