We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure / Platform Engineering Manager to lead the architecture delivery and continuous improvement of a hybrid infrastructure environment spanning on-premise data centers and AWS cloud platforms.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the reliability scalability and performance of global gaming services and enterprise systems operating in a 24x7 production environment.

• Lead mentor and grow a team of infrastructure and platform engineers supporting global environments
• Define and execute hybrid infrastructure strategy across on-premise (VMware) and AWS cloud platforms
• Drive Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) adoption using Terraform CloudFormation or similar tools
• Ensure high availability scalability and performance of mission-critical production systems
• Oversee capacity planning disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives
• Partner with DevOps Security and Application teams to align infrastructure with business goals
• Implement and enhance monitoring alerting and performance optimization across the infrastructure stack
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging technologies to improve platform capabilities

• 10 years of experience in Infrastructure Engineering including 3 years in leadership roles
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2 VPC EKS S3)
• Deep expertise in on-premise infrastructure including VMware compute and storage systems
• Proven experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
• Strong understanding of high-availability architectures and distributed systems
• Experience supporting large-scale globally distributed environments
