Job Summary

Duties

  • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products according to specifications.
  • Create modify and review technical plans schematics and 2D/3D models using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software.
  • Conduct routine inspections and perform troubleshooting to identify and resolve equipment issues promptly.
  • Manage setup changeovers and calibration of machinery to optimize production efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of production activities quality checks and maintenance logs.
  • Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and improve operational workflows.
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Build calibrate and repair equipment; conduct experiments test materials and analyze data to verify performance standards.

Qualifications

  • Associates degree is required.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong mathematical skills and ability to interpret complex blueprints and schematics.
  • Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently following established procedures.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical systems is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with adherence to safety standards.
  • Experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Training and experience with IPC-610 and/or J-STD001 standards or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with ISO and OSHA procedures.
