Job Title: Senior UiPath AI Automation Engineer

We are seeking a Senior RPA Developer with advanced UiPath expertise now expanded to include AI-powered automation agentic workflows and intelligent document processing capabilities within the UiPath ecosystem.

This role will drive next-generation automation initiatives combining traditional RPA with AI/ML GenAI-powered agents and intelligent decisioning to build scalable enterprise automation solutions.

• Design develop and deploy high-volume high-frequency automations using UiPath
• Build and maintain AI-powered automation workflows using UiPath AI Center and Document Understanding
• Develop agent-based automation solutions (UiPath Agents / Autopilot concepts) for decision-driven workflows
• Integrate GenAI capabilities (LLMs prompts AI services) within UiPath automations
• Build custom activities using C# in Visual Studio to extend UiPath functionality
• Administer and maintain UiPath Orchestrator (Cloud / On-Prem)
• Implement REFramework MicroBots reusable components and scalable architecture patterns
• Enable intelligent document processing (IDP) using OCR ML extractors and classification models
• Integrate automation with enterprise systems (SQL Server Active Directory ServiceNow Exchange APIs)
• Define and enforce automation governance code quality and best practices
• Provide production support logging improvements and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with Business Analysts for PDD/PASS/SIPOC alignment
• Support Agile delivery via Jira sprint planning and stakeholder reporting
• Mentor junior developers and lead AI RPA capability building within teams

• 5 years of hands-on experience in UiPath (Studio Orchestrator REFramework)
• Strong experience with UiPath AI ecosystem including:
  • AI Center
  • Document Understanding
  • ML Skills integration
  • OCR and data extraction models
• Experience with agentic automation / AI agents / UiPath Autopilot / decision automation workflows
• Exposure to GenAI / LLM integrations within automation (OpenAI Azure OpenAI or similar)
• Strong coding skills in C# PowerShell
• Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and system orchestration
• Hands-on experience with production support logging frameworks and debugging
• Knowledge of automation lifecycle (requirements dev QA prod hypercare)
• Strong communication and ability to mentor cross-functional teams

• UiPath certifications: Advanced RPA Developer AI/ML Document Understanding Automation Solution Architect
• Experience with UiPath Insights Task Mining Process Mining Task Capture
• Exposure to GenAI orchestration frameworks and prompt engineering
• Microsoft certifications (MCSA/MCITP/MCTS)
• Experience in BFSI Healthcare or large-scale enterprise environments
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) for AI automation integration
