Job Title: Gen AI Lead / Architect

Location: New York City NY (Onsite/Hybrid)

Role Overview

Looking for 10 years experienced Gen AI Leads/Architects with strong Digital Generative AI expertise to design and deliver enterprise-grade agent-based AI systems in production.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end AI delivery (architecture production)
Design multi-agent systems (LangChain LangGraph CrewAI)
Define agent workflows (memory tool routing state fallback)
Integrate with enterprise systems (APIs CRM ERP data platforms)
Drive agentic development using Claude Code Cursor Codex
Debug and optimize non-deterministic agent behavior
Engage with CXO stakeholders lead solutioning and proposals
Mentor teams and build AI engineering best practices

Required Skills

Agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain LangGraph CrewAI)
RAG Vector DBs (Pinecone Weaviate Chroma)
LLM APIs (OpenAI Anthropic Gemini)
Python / TypeScript
Observability & evaluation (LangSmith or similar)
Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP)
API & system integration (REST Kafka gRPC)
CI/CD & DevOps

Must Have (Hands-On)

Built and deployed 2 3 production-grade agent systems
Strong experience with LangGraph (multi-agent workflows)
Implemented end-to-end RAG pipelines
Integrated AI systems with real enterprise environments
Debugged live agent failures in production

Nice to Have

Claude Code CLI MCP / shared context frameworks
Agent evaluation & testing frameworks
Consulting / client-facing experience
