Job Summary

Machine Operator needed Immediately- 2nd shift

Canton Michigan

10 hour shifts- 4- 10 hour days then 3 days off unless Overtime

Hours are 4:30pm - 2:45am (Contract to Direct Hire)

About the Role:

We are looking for dependable and hardworkiing Machinien Operators to join the Production team. This role is responsible for safely operatirng machinery maintaining production standards and ensuring quality output in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsiblities:

Operate production equipment as trained
Monitor machines to ensure safe and efficient operation
Perform quality checks to meet company standards
Maintain productoin output and efficiency
Keep work area clean and organized
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
Ability to stand for 10 hour shifts
Strong attention to detail and safetly
Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Work Environment

Industrial Manufacturing setting
Continuous exxposure to machine noise
Required PPE: Safety shoes ( steel toed) Safety glasses and hearing protection
Overtime required
