Job Summary

Seeking a ** Per Diem ** OB Hospitalist for our practice at Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs CA.

24 Hour Inhouse Shifts
30 bed community Level III NICU
Affiliated maternal-fetal medicine and neonatology practice support
Practice attends about 30 deliveries a month
Responsibilities include delivery attendance OB triage patient evaluation/management surgical assists fetal monitoring and ER coverage

Rate structure: DO NOT ADVERTIZE BILL/PAY RATES WHEN POSTING JOBS OR REACHING OUT TO PROVIDERS

Orientation Hours 50% of standard rate;
(OT over 40 hours/week) Extra-Time standard rate.
Holidays 1.25x
Conversion rates $25K (MD/DO); max conversion fee to be billed but will be discounted based on hours worked (see Rules of Engagement for breakdown)

Note: Only five candidates will be name cleared; the job will be placed on hold thereafter.

Presentation will be prioritized by Rate Tiers:

Tier 1 (best) below or at $255/hour
Tier 2 - $255-$265/hour
Tier 3 - $265-$275/hour
$275/hr will not be accepted

Board Certified in OB/GYN - REQUIRED
Active CA license- REQUIRED
Minimum of 1-year post-residency clinical experience required REQUIRED
Must have completed Prescreen Questionnaire (see attachment for form) REQUIRED
CV must be in MM/YYYY format with all gaps explained REQUIRED
Rates must follow rate structure REQUIRED
Self-Query NPDB (Should be pulled within 30 days of submission) REQUIRED
