Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of 40 phlebotomists.
- Oversee daily phlebotomy operations.
- Ensure quality and accuracy in specimen collection.
- Maintain compliance with laboratory standards and regulations.
- Perform data entry into electronic medical database systems.
- Document patient care and related duties appropriately.
- Coordinate equipment/supply needs.
- Notify appropriate department of equipment malfunction.
