Job Summary:
The Constructability Coordinator 2 role involves working with Account Executives and Lighting Design Analysts to ensure NEC lighting system designs meet code requirements in Alabama. The position includes coordinating scheduling tracking and managing the installation and maintenance of NEC lighting systems quality control providing performance feedback to Lighting Contractors approving invoices assisting with project designs and addressing maintenance issues. Responsibilities:
- Facilitate lighting designs that meet safety NEC codes and company specifications.
- Conduct pre-construction job site visits to identify potential conflicts.
- Coordinate pre-construction meetings with representatives to communicate responsibilities and schedules.
- Coordinate the installation and repair of lighting equipment with relevant personnel.
- Ensure permits and utility locates are in place before construction.
- Review and approve contract labor unit sheets and track labor associated with each project.
- Manage job schedules to meet commitment dates.
- Ensure labor units are charged to the correct DWE for each project.
- Inspect completed projects for compliance with codes and specifications.
- Assist internal and external personnel with lighting maintenance issues.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in outdoor NEC lighting system design and installation.
- Experience with NEC lighting system designs installations and repairs.
- Experience managing a contractor workforce.
- Electrical License in the state of Alabama (provide number).
- Master Electrical License.
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office.
