- Apply PMO best practices to manage project timelines resource allocation and reporting ensuring successful Operations.
- Support troubleshooting of integration issues using MuleSoft to improve data flow and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to trouble shoot issues and validate requirements into technical solutions .
- Provide technical guidance resolve complex issues and champion adoption of Service Cloud capabilities aligned to project objectives.
- Work with India team daily status updates and handoffs.
