Location Bay Area CA (Onsite)

Experience : 15 Years required

JD:

Develop and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to streamline customer service workflows automation and case management in support of front office transformation.
Apply PMO best practices to manage project timelines resource allocation and reporting ensuring successful Operations.
Support troubleshooting of integration issues using MuleSoft to improve data flow and operational efficiency.
Coordinate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to trouble shoot issues and validate requirements into technical solutions .
Provide technical guidance resolve complex issues and champion adoption of Service Cloud capabilities aligned to project objectives.
Work with India team daily status updates and handoffs.
