Job Title : Technical Program Manager Python & Systems Automation

Job Type : W2/C2C

Experience : 9-15 Years

Location : Redmond Washington

Responsibilities:

Strong hands on Python developer background with proven coding expertise
Experience building tools scripts automation frameworks or data pipelines
Experience tracking and managing milestones dependencies risks and release readiness
Hands on experience with automation validation workflows CI/CD or data analysis
Technical program management experience owning planning execution and delivery of engineering programs
Working knowledge of firmware BSP dependent systems device drivers or OS integration
Ability to translate deep technical details into clear program plans metrics and status updates
Strong cross functional communication with firmware OS validation and partner engineering teams
Comfortable writing reviewing and debugging production quality code
Career transition from Python developer to TPM
Started as a developer or automation engineer and moved into a Technical Program Manager role
Maintains a builder mindset while driving program execution

Qualification:

Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
