Salesforce Architect (Banking Financial Services Domain)

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with strong expertise in the Banking / Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Org Migration and Data Migration along with a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and enterprise-level implementations.

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture design and implementation for banking/financial systems
• Drive Org Migration activities including environment consolidation org splitting/merging and upgrades
• Manage Data Migration strategies including data mapping cleansing transformation and validation
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand banking workflows and translate them into Salesforce solutions
• Design scalable and secure solutions aligned with financial industry compliance standards
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and integration teams
• Ensure best practices in Salesforce governance security and performance optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrations with external systems and banking platforms

• 10 years of IT experience with 5 years as Salesforce Architect
• Strong experience in Salesforce Architecture (Sales Cloud Service Cloud Financial Services Cloud preferred)
• Proven hands-on experience in:
  • Org Migration (must-have)
  • Data Migration (must-have)
• Solid experience in Banking / Financial Services domain
• Strong understanding of data models data governance and integration patterns
• Experience with ETL tools APIs middleware and system integrations
• Knowledge of security compliance and regulatory requirements in banking
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills

• Salesforce Certifications (Application Architect / System Architect / CTA preferred)
• Experience with large-scale enterprise transformations
• Prior experience working with financial institutions or banking clients
• Local to Atlanta GA (highly preferred)
