Job Summary

Senior Java / AI Tech Lead

Location - Hybrid in Charlotte NC

Duration - 6 Month Renewable Contract

IMPORTANT - Local or relocation candidates will be considered but the final round interview will be in person in Charlotte NC

Required::

Must have hands-on experience building Agentic AI / AI workflow systems (not just using Copilot or AI tools)
Proven ability to implement LLM-based solutions (OpenAI Bedrock etc.) that automate SDLC processes (testing UAT code generation documentation)
Experience designing multi-step AI workflows / agents (tool calling orchestration RAG etc.)
Strong Java / Spring Boot microservices background to integrate AI into enterprise applications
Experience deploying solutions in cloud environments (AWS preferred) with CI/CD pipelines
