Job description:

The Release Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all client business and IT release readiness processes. This role involves coordinating across all clients related agencies (business and IT) and managing interactions with all vendors involved in the development testing and deployment of application releases. The release manager must demonstrate strong project management leadership and communication skills knowledge of health and human services programs and the ability to manage enterprise-wide complex business-critical systems in a production environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience in Release Management / Project Management
Proven ability to manage large-scale enterprise production environments
Experience working with multiple vendors and cross-functional teams
Knowledge of Health & Human Services (HHS) programs (preferred)
Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Agile / Waterfall methodologies

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Jira
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook
