| REQUIRED SKILLS | B.S. or equivalent degree in Business Management Business Administration or related field * 1-5 years in project management project coordination or managing consulting experience * Emerging experience in project and program management lifecycle tools and processes * Basic experience with program management tools such as Smartsheet & Jira * Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Visio Excel Word Outlook OneNote PowerPoint Teams) * Travel: Travels less than 5% of the time * General office work requiring sitting or standing for long periods of time Competencies: * Developing resource capacity planning budgeting and financial management; Growing planning and organizational skills; Detail oriented and decisive * Proficient communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally and build relationships with a diverse group of executives managers vendors and subject matter experts * Growing problem-solving skills with good judgement * Strong commitment to teamwork with ability to create loyalty trust and following; One who can energize people and teams and make cross-functional collaboration happen * A driven self-starter obsessed with moving the company forward who thrives in a fast paced rapid execution environment; Someone who gets things done |
