Job Overview:
Seeking Sr. Software Engineers to build advanced AI/LLM-powered applications with a focus on agentic systems workflows and production-grade implementations.

Required Skills:

5 years of software engineering experience (backend/systems preferred)
Strong experience building LLM-powered applications beyond POCs
Hands-on experience with agentic systems (agents workflows RAG tool integrations)
Strong proficiency in Python or similar languages
Experience building scalable APIs/services
Knowledge of observability evaluation and production system design

Responsibilities:

Design and develop agent-based AI systems
Build and scale LLM-driven applications
Implement workflows tool integrations and RAG pipelines
Ensure system reliability monitoring and performance

Note:
Additional opportunity available for highly senior candidates at Architect level.
