Job Summary

Job Title: AI Engineer (Copilot) Job Type: Contract Duration: 6 Months W2 Only Location: Dublin CA (Onsite 3 Days/Week) Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer with strong experience in Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform to design and build intelligent chatbot solutions. This role requires hands-on expertise in Copilot Studio agent development (beyond Copilot Chat) and solid experience with Azure backend services.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop Copilot Studio agents (not limited to Copilot Chat)
Build and deploy AI-powered chatbot solutions
Work with Power Platform tools to create scalable applications
Integrate chatbot solutions with Azure backend services
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Optimize chatbot performance and user experience

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (agent creation)
Solid foundation in Power Platform
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (backend/services)
Proven experience building chatbots with real-world use cases
Understanding of Azure-based chatbot architecture
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have:

Experience with enterprise AI implementations
Familiarity with integrations across Microsoft ecosystem
