Job Summary
Memphis TN (hybrid remote: 3 days onsite per week)
6 months plus
Quality Engineer Summary Quality analyst will support the delivery of APIs related to donor transactions and payments.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Make strategies for increasing test coverage for all products and processes the team owns and collaborate and work towards meeting the targets.
Performs functional regression integration and performance testing of APIs and applications based on acceptance criteria. This includes automated testing using ReadyAPI and manual testing.
Create and update test scenarios and test cases in test management tool TestRail and track test results there.
Collaborate with product owner business analyst and developers to create and improve documentation and SOPs.
Participate in scrum ceremonies as part of the agile development methodology.
Build test automations using ReadyAPI RPA Selenium or other tools.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience with manual and automation testing.
Experience with more than one testing framework.
Understanding of databases and experience with SQL
Excellent communication collaboration and comprehension skills.
Knowledge of tools and processes in testing domain - we use ReadyAPI and Testrail primarily but also have Selenimum UIPath Ansible Jenkins etc. for testing and testing automation.
